Decking Flooring return policy makes sure that our customers receive only high-quality outdoor flooring that will satisfy all their requirements when it comes to durability and finishing. We have been providing our professional outdoor decking services in Dubai and throughout the UAE since the day of our establishment. In case a return, exchange, or refund is necessary, you can rely on us by following the relevant conditions.

Eligibility Criteria for Return or Refund

Decking flooring returns or refund applications are accepted by us based on the following scenarios only.

Wrong Product Received:

In case the delivered deck flooring materials do not comply with your confirmed order, a replacement product or a refund of your total payment will be issued free of charge.

Product Received Damaged or Faulty:

Where the decking flooring products receive damage, faulty, or non-conforming to their stated specifications, a return can be requested after our confirmation.

Condition of Unused Products:

A request for return for reasons of decision changes shall be made with respect to unused products that must be returned in their original state within 14 days from delivery.

Product and Situation of No Return & No Refund Claim

Products and situations that are not subject to return or refund are listed below.

Installed/Used Decking Flooring Products:

These products once they have been installed or used cannot be returned unless a defect in production is detected after installation.

Customized Decking Products:

Decking products that have been customized based on customer’s requirement will not qualify for refunds except where the problem starts from our end, either in production or during delivery.

Discount Sale or Special Offer Products:

Where the products purchased are on discount sale and offers, they cannot be returned unless delivered with defects.

Return Procedure Overview

If something is not going according to your choice or you have a change of mind, then follow the specific process and know about the basic terms.

Step 1: Contact Us

Tell us more details about your purchase, and also tell us why you want to return the flooring.

Step 2: Acceptance and Return Number

Upon analyzing your application, we will provide you with a special return authorization number.

Step 3: Proper Packaging of the Product

Carefully pack your decking flooring, along with all its accessories back into the original box and indicate the RA number.

Step 4: Finalization of Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and examine the returned item, the refund or replacement procedure will be finalized. Refunds normally take from 7 to 14 business days.

Conditions Applicable for Returns

The Company’s Liability:

The company is liable for return shipping charges in case of any product defect, damage, or invalid delivery.

The Customer’s Liability:

In case of preference alterations or cancellation of orders, the shipping charges for return will be borne by the client.
